Looking for long term tenancy.

Hi, my name is Anthony, 45yo adult male with no pets looking for a long term tenancy for myself only. I am on permanent disability income and can afford up to $800 a month utilities not included and $700 if not included but am hoping to find a place closer to $600 a month. I am clean quiet and respectful, very organized, and keep to myself when I can. Please let me know if you think I might be a good fit for your listing. PS- they don't give adequate options on the information below; "Party Habbits"; i never party! I am 100 Sober and outgrew that lifestyle decades ago. And my sleeping schedule is in a spectrum, some nights I am in bed as early as 7 or 8pm, other nights I'm up till between 2 and 4am, I also suffer from insomnia so sometimes I can't sleep at all. But to be clear I am extremely considerate of roommates sleep schedules and am a very quiet person.
