Fully furnished private bedroom available in a modern shared Austin apartment for $800/month (+ utilities). The room gets amazing natural light and includes a private bathroom and oversized walk-in closet. The space will be fully cleaned out before move-in, with plenty of room for your own furniture, clothes, and decor. The apartment is shared with an easygoing couple in our mid-20s — I’m studying Public Health and working, and my boyfriend works as a chef. We enjoy cooking at home, trying new restaurants, watching movies/comedy, and generally keeping a relaxed atmosphere at home. We occasionally smoke weed, so being 420-friendly is preferred. (We have no problem with smoking outside!) You’d also be living with 2 very friendly cats who love people. Looking for someone respectful, trustworthy, reasonably clean, and communicative.
