Howdy! We are looking for roommates for our daughter in our 5 bedroom, 3 bath, 3000 square foot house in Bryan. She has celiac disease, so we are looking for people interested in having a gluten free kitchen to share gf pots, pans, cutting boards, etc. and using precautions to avoid cross contamination. Details: -rent is $700/month + utilities for a 12 month lease. -female students -no pets - Available 1 July - 2 Bedrooms are upstairs, 2 downstairs -Furnished and unfurnished available - Washer and dryer, separate dining and living rooms, and food pantry room downstairs - Large common areas upstairs and downstairs. - Large gated backyard and garage with a long driveway suitable for parking. - 14 min away from campus in Pleasant Hill subdivision. -common pool in neighborhood Our daughter has celiac, so someone preferring a gluten free diet is preferred.
