Front and back yard are mowed by gardeners every month LGBTQ friendly. Smoke friendly (outside only). Trash cans are taken out every Tuesday by me and other guy roommate. Shared bathroom is cleaned by me. Please be mindful in cleaning after self. I clean the house every week. Sweep, mop, dust, etc. Space in kitchen and fridge are for all roommates. Keep kitchen and sink area clean.. 3 people living in house. 2 guys (myself included) and one girl. The bathroom will be shared by you and I. The other roommates have a private bathroom.
