Hello folks! My name is Samin, and I’m a master’s student at the University of New Haven. I’m currently looking for someone to sublease my room for the summer. The house is fully furnished and includes Wi-Fi, as well as a washer and dryer in the basement. You’ll be sharing the house with four other people who are super calm, quiet (sometimes you won’t even notice whether they’re home or not!), respectful, and private. I’m looking for someone who is clean and respectful toward others. The house is only a 5-minute walk from UNH and is close to the bus stop, Spice Venue, Dollar General, and many other places around campus. The area is also very safe, with campus police regularly patrolling nearby. The rent is $770 per month, plus an additional $80 if you’d like to have an AC unit for the summer. You’ll only be sharing the refrigerator and bathroom with one person. (I use the smaller bathroom and share it with one person, while the other bathroom is shared among three people.)
