I am a 25-year old female veteran and future dental hygienist. I will be attending college full time in Fall and looking for another professional and mature roommate to share my home with. I may spend a lot of time studying at home and if I am not, I will probably be out at the beach. I am not a party person, but can expect us both to have guests over. I have 2 cats and will consider other animals as long as they can get along well and behave. The house is a 2026, single story, 3bed/2bath house with an attached garage. Room is 10’-3” x 10’-3” (105 ish sqft)

Depending if I can rent out the other room, you may have a shared bathroom.
