Large Private Bedroom in Bayonne

I am the owner of a very conveniently located two family home in the center of Bayonne and I have a large spare bedroom available for rent. The room is spacious and located on the opposite side of the home. It has a large closet with a ton of storage space, and an additional closet with a rod for hangers. The room receives a lot of natural sunlight via one of its windows that faces the yard. The apartment has an additional room in the center to be used as a shared storage area between the renter and myself. The bathroom and kitchen are a shared area between the renter and myself. You'll have access to a nice yard, and a shared laundry room with a washer and dryer. The room will be available on June 1st since I am currently in the process of painting the bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen walls and cabinets. No broker’s fee or security deposit is required but please have references such as from past landlords and/or employers available. Utilities (gas, electric, and an option for internet) are separate from the rent and are split between the renter and myself. No smoking is allowed inside of the home, basement, or any of the common areas. Renter pays 1/2 of utility costs for gas/heat & electric. No pets are allowed at this time unfortunately.
