Looking to sublet my sister's room!

Hi everyone! 🍀 My sister is leaving for Europe so my friend and I are looking for a new housemate to sublet her room in our Wheelers Hill terrace home. We are both in our early twenties and looking for a clean, tidy housemate who will pay rent on time and be good to Moomoo 🐈⬛ One furnished bedroom on the ground floor is available with a queen bed, nightstands, electric wall heater and built in robes. You'll have a private bathroom all to yourself! No space available in the room for a desk unfortunately. BYO sheets pls!!!✴️✴️ The townhouse is situated in a quiet complex in a very nice location, just a 1 minute walk to Wheelers Hill Shopping centre, Woolies, a library and the bus stop (has lines to Monash Uni). Your housemates 👩👩
Nicole (me) - Likes her alone time but also loves a chit chat, enjoys drawing & sewing and cooking lots of yummy food Jacqui - Loves to stay active (hiking + cycling) and always down for a good time Mooncake - A very sweet and polite tabby cat, initially very shy but will warm up to you quickly if you're good to her Terms and payments 🏠
Dates: June 16th earliest - October 31st (can be flexible) Rent: $941.67/month + bills which are split evenly Bond: $500 - will be used as part of your last rent payment if all goes well Parking is available within the complex, otherwise plenty of free street parking available. No pets, sorry!
