As of June 1st I'll have a 1br with a private full bathroom and nice size closet to rent until 12/30. It's bug and rodent free and I need the prospective roommate to help me keep it that way. You'll have full kitchen access. The rooms are on opposite sides of each other. No pets outside of gerbils and fish. Cats, dogs, reptiles are not desired. It's a must that you're responsible(understand that we pay bills together and on time. I'm not a bill collector). It's 5 mins from Gwinnett Technical College. Plenty of eateries in the area as well public transportation. I85 is the closest major hwy. Please be respectful and drama free. I promise I'll be the same. If we're in it together to alleviate some financial pressures. Let's make this a safe and comfortable space for both. Proof of income required.
