PLEASE READ FULL LISTING BEFORE DMING Hi! I am looking for a roommate to fill the smaller room in my apartment. The rent for your potion would be $1336 per month, plus about $50 for WiFi. The utilities are typically between $50 and $150, depending on how much power we’re using. The laundry room is close to the unit, but no in-unit laundry. The mostly empty room is the available one. I'm removing the decor, so you will be able to decorate and move in your furniture however you want. The room is big enough for a queen sized bed, dresser, nightstand, and TV stand (about 130 square feet). I would ideally like a roommate with similar interests, but as long as you’re chill with a Halloweenie apartment that’s enough for me. The apartment already has a lot of Halloween decor in it, and I would ideally like to have it all year round cuz it makes me happy. I love karaoke, going to pop-punk and metalcore concerts, watching horror movies and trashy reality TV, going to spooky events, hanging out with friends, playing on my Switch, and snuggling with my cat. I'm also super open to trying new things. I'm LGBTQ friendly and liberal. I’m a graduate student studying psychology, so I’m looking for a roommate who is on the quieter side because I have to study a lot. However, friends and family would be welcome whenever I’m less busy and on the weekends. I also have a cat, so you will need to be cat-friendly. She would likely do better with a male cat than a female cat.
