Single roommate needed, no animals as house has 3 dogs already. Rent is $600 due on the first. Plus utilities (around $90 per person in “winter” and $120 in summer includes all utilities and toilet paper paper towels for house that we purchase for household each month) due around the 15th of the month. Move in date on the first of June. First months rent and $200 to be added to the lease. One year lease. On street parking for one car. Household smokes marijuana we don’t care if you smoke just smoke flower outside. Concentrates can smoke inside. No cigarette smokers unfortunately.
