The ideal applicant would be an advanced academic or employed in a field like librarianship, the humanities, or the cultural professions. The leaseholder offering this room rental is a mature, bookish, bohemian gay man with deep roots in progressive politics & queer culture. While the room rental is available from July 1 (possibly June 15), it will remain available until the right applicant is found. • Monthly rent is $750, with free Fios service included & gas/electric split evenly. The landlords require proof of current employment, an in-person interview, & a security deposit equal to one month's rent in order to move in.
