Hi my name is Sarah and I am listing for someone to rent my room in my share house. The other occupants name is Liam, he is 30 years old, and works as a Personal Trainer while also studying Cyber Security. He’s calm, quiet, clean, and very respectful to live with, and he has over 13 years of experience living in share houses. He is mostly a homebody who enjoys playing video games in his spare time and generally keeps to himself. I would say he is a very easygoing and considerate housemate. He is a non smoker and has no pets.
I have very much enjoyed living with him and am only moving out due to a change in family circumstances. Rent is $360 per week and bond is $1400. The house is in a great location, just a 10-minute walk from Box Hill Central and Box Hill Train Station, making it really convenient for transport, shopping, cafes, and everyday essentials. It’s also only a 2-minute walk to Box Hill Gardens, which is perfect for getting outdoors, going for walks, or relaxing nearby. The area is quiet, accessible, and has a good balance of convenience and green space.
