Listing is for a master bedroom and private bathroom in a 2 story / 4 bedroom / 3 full bathroom unit in NoHo. Hi guys! My name is Alec and my roommate Antonio and I are looking for a roommate to take over our master bedroom available by June 15th.
Lease is month to month. No deposit will be required on day one, I will be buying out the deposit of the roommates leaving and a payment plan can be worked out with new tenants (moving is already expensive, I wanna make it easier). However, applications will need to be made to the landlord. (Fees around 250, credit and background check will be done). We’re clean, quiet, laid back. I work at a restaurant and Antonio is in school. More pics will be made available when my roommate gets them to me. A professional cleaner will be hired in the interim to try and make the space as nice as possible for new tenants. Obviously you are welcome to come by, see the space and meet us before any applications are made.
