Looking for 1 roommate at Solstice at Bay Oaks in Norfolk, VA! 🌊 The apartment is a spacious 3 bed / 2 bath with water views, balconies, updated appliances, washer/dryer, and located near Ocean View & Little Creek. Solstice at Bay Oaks I’m looking for someone responsible, clean, and respectful to share the apartment with. Pets are okay per the lease agreement, but all roommates would need to apply through the property management company and meet apartment requirements. 💰 Rent split:
• My budget: around $1,500–1,600
