Sublease a room for summer

Looking for a female student/subletter to take over my spot in a spacious shared room near University of California San Diego for the summer (July 1–August 31). Rent is $962.50/month including utilities. You would be living with 2 other girls and a cat, so must be okay with pets. The apartment is fully furnished with a large living room, outdoor patio, kitchen, and laundry, with a washer and dryer located in the garage. Garage parking is also available. The apartment is about 6 minutes from campus and around a 10 minute walk from the nearest bus stop. Quiet area with lots of natural light, great for students or summer interns staying in San Diego. Due to privacy, some photos of the living areas are older, but you’re more than welcome to tour the house in person or do a Zoom call to see the current setup.
