One room available beginning of May

One room in a two bedroom apartment will be available beginning of May. I dont have pictures right now because my old roommate hasnt moved out yet. Right on Boston rd, easy bus routes and parking lot. Laundry in the building over. I have two cats so no other animals, I know it sorry. Building is smoking, 420 all the time due to my disability but if you smoke cigarettes, please keep it to your room or outside. 38yrs old, on SSI because I have MS and other things. There is a large living room you can use and kitchen. Those and the bathroom are common areas. Please pick up after yourself and help with common area chores like vacuuming. I can do one day a week and you could do another day that same week. I like to keep to myself but if we get along that would be perfect. An overnight guest is fine just not all the time. Please no parties, I value my peace and I dont like strangers in my apartment.
