Hey, My name is Trae. I’m looking for 2 roommates to fill a 4-bedroom apartment at The Roost in Columbia, SC. Rent is $500 per person individual leases, and utilities are not included but are split among the 4 roommates based on usage. The move-in date is August 14, 2026, and the lease ends July 23, 2027. I’ll be attending Midlands Technical College starting Fall 2026. I’m pretty quiet and respectful of space, so I won’t be loud or in your way, but I’m also open to hanging out or going out if we get close and vibe well. I already have my girlfriend in one room, so we’re just looking to fill the other two spots. She prefer it’s 2 girls so shes comfortable. I’m looking for roommates who are responsible, clean, and easy to live with.
