Sublease of a room in life tower

Hi everyone! I’m urgently looking for a girl to take over my lease at Life Tower starting in August. The apartment is in a great location near the Texas Medical Center, UTHealth Houston, Baylor College of Medicine, Rice University, and University of St. Thomas. It includes a private bedroom and private bathroom, is fully furnished, and has an in-unit washer and dryer. The building also has a gym, study areas, lounge spaces, and controlled access. The rent is $1,281/month, and I will cover the first month’s rent. It is a 1-year lease, and I currently have 2 very sweet, calm, clean, and respectful roommates. I need to sublease due to unexpected university-related circumstances, so I would really appreciate any help sharing this with someone who may be interested.
