Back Bay Room for Rent

Hi! My roommate and I are looking for someone to join our lease in Back Bay beginning 9/1/26. The apartment is a 3b1b and the room you would take is the one not crossed out. Location: Right off of Mass Ave, 5 min away from a Whole Foods, and within 10-15 minutes of Trader Joe’s and Star Market. 10-15 min walk to Northeastern campus, 5 min walk to Berklee, and right next to the 1 bus stop, Symphony green line stop, and Mass Ave orange line stop. It’s also right across the bridge from MIT. It’s a first floor apartment with an IN UNIT washer/dryer, AC, and a dishwasher. The apartment has modern hardwood floors and stainless steel appliances, and would be fully furnished aside from the bedroom. It’s also on a super cute street with plenty of green space nearby. Rent for the room is $1750. We would prefer to find someone who is okay with living with a cat.:) A little about us:
Hi! My name is Lillian, I’m from NH, and I am a 3rd year Northeastern student studying astrophysics. I will be working at Harvard CFA this fall on co-op. I love hiking, baking, music, art and photography, and I also do competitive archery. Hi, I'm Akhila! I'm from India and I'm a media and communications sophomore student at Northeastern.
