Looking for female roommates ONLY

3 bedroom apartment with 2 rooms available. Looking for clean, respectful, drama-free roommates that are 420 friendly. This is my secondary apartment, I live somewhere else full time and only come by once or twice a week to collect the mail. So ultimately I'm looking for roommates who will keep the apartment in good condition while away from the unit. Please and I repeat please be drama free. No fighting in the unit. No loud noises after 12. No smoking in the hallways (inside the apartment and outside is fine) if you have any questions DM here  There is already wifi in the unit, the apartment is fully furnished but you can bring in whatever you like. There is also washer and dryer hookups in the basement. I'll frequently update the apartment and put in new appliances as time passes like a washer and dryer, new fridge, and more. NO CIGARETTE SMOKERS ALLOWED
