Looking for Roommate Cleveland Area

Hi! My name is Elijah, but most call me Eli. I am 21, a recent graduate of UA and will be moving up to the cleveland area for graduate school in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at JCU and a job at UH CMHC. I am originally from east side Columbus, and have lived in Akron for the past 3 years.I am looking for a roommate or roommates, preferably for a 2bed but would be open to other options if something came along. I am primarily looking anywhere around university heights, cleveland heights, shaker, really the general area surrounding both the main campus and the college and in between them. Closer to JCU is preferred.I will need parking, preferably covered for my vehicle, and am willing to pay extra for that on my end of things. I would also prefer some form of pre-installed a/c unit, but it is not required. I do not have pets but am happy to room with them, but will not be responsible for any pet fees /cleaning fees required from any unit for having animals. I am looking to move up in the beginning of june, latest in july if needed. I will be busy, and will attend school and work in the evening. I am cleanly, keep to myself but am happy to have conversations, and don’t foresee any problems as long as rent is paid (50/50 with utilities split. If your utility usage is going to be significantly higher, we would come to an equitable agreement) and chores are split evenly. Gender does not matter, but must be LGBTQ+ friendly. Am looking for someone around 19-30 years. Another student would be cool, but is really not required by any means. You can dm me here
