Room available in a cozy, whimsical 2 bed / 1 bath apartment in Portland (st. John’s area) Rent is $850/month and includes all utilities. The space is on the smaller side, but it’s peaceful, homey, and perfect if you like a comfy, calm vibe. The apartment is LGBTQ+ friendly and cat-friendly, with a soft, welcoming atmosphere. There is a pool on-, though it’s not always well maintained. You’ll be living with one roommate who is kind, respectful, clean, and easygoing. She communicates well, keeps shared spaces tidy, and has two sweet cats. Looking for someone clean, responsible, and drama free. Ideally a working professional or fulltime student who is financially stable and can provide 2 months’ rent upfront. Must be respectful of shared spaces and boundaries. Preferably another woman to maintain a comfortable living dynamic. Lease situation can be either a takeover or a temporary arrangement until the lease ends. we can figure out what works best.
