Furnished bedroom includes new full size bed, 40” Fire TV, nightstand, lamp, ceiling fan, closet organizer and dedicated private bath. There is also an empty 3rd bedroom with a XL twin bed and a desk, which could be a shared space and used as an office/quiet workspace. Garage parking for 1 car, shared kitchen and laundry. Utilities included are electricity, water, internet and biweekly professional housecleaning. Other tenant is a retired, quiet woman in her mid-60’s and her small 15 lb Chihuahua mix puppy, who is home most of the time and keeps things peaceful and low-key. $1000 deposit and background check required. Ideal tenant is a clean, friendly and respectful woman seeking a calm and stable living situation. We would consider a single mother and 1 child.
