Only looking for short term right now. Two bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom to share. I’m looking to sublease one furnished bedroom in my unit. You would have full access to the main bathroom and I would only be using it to shower. There is a half bathroom in my own bedroom for all other needs. Detached gym and party room available. 1 parking spot available at no additional charge. The unit comes with everything you need. 4th floor unit with a very nice view but lots of stairs. Move in date is flexible. Please feel free to ask any questions. I’m very clean and quiet. I don’t part, smoke, drink or stay out late. I work every weekend and when I’m home I prefer to just relax by reading, doing crafts, playing games or watching tv. I generally keep to myself but like to chat every once in a while. I prefer not to have other guests at home. I have a 9 year old chatty orange cat who loves attention on his own terms lol. No other pets because of him. I’m only looking for 1 female roommate currently.
