Renting room with shared bathroom

Room will be available on August 1st. Tenant would need to sign a year long lease. Three bedroom house, one master bedroom and two other bedrooms. Tenant would share the household with two other people. Cost for renting would be $630.83. Also $30 for internet/wifi (1/3 of the bill). Tenant would also have to pay 1/3 of utilities (gas, electricity, etc.)usually ranging from $70-100 for your portion. Tenant would be sharing a restroom 1 other tenant, and 1 refrigerator/freezer; with other tenant. All tenants share a backyard, garage, laundry room, and living room. The living room and kitchen is fully furnished.
Two car garage, each tenant has their own garage opener. Smoking is fine only if you smoke outside or in a room with an open window. Let us know if you’re interested.
