My girlfriend and I are moving from Fairbanks, Alaska, to Denton, Texas, and are looking for a new place to call home. We are responsible, clean, can cook, and are not smokers or drinkers, but are perfectly comfortable living with those who partake. We are students, but we have spent the last two years saving our money and have family support, so we will always pay rent on time! We are comfortable in both loud and quiet homes and can adapt to the vibe established before our arrival. We do have an emotional support animal named Sadie. She’s a very sweet 9-year-old puppy, fully house-trained, familiar with living in small spaces as she’s shared a dorm with us, and, as far as we know, she doesn’t know how to bark! She is great with people, dogs, and children, and spends her days lying on her bed waiting to be pet.
