Hi, my name is Lisa. I am a 45-year old woman with no pets. I have a Master's degree in Biology from ODU. I am looking for a room to rent in Norfolk or Virginia Beach. My budget is $500 to $800 utilities included, and I would like to move immediately. I am very quiet, an introvert, clean, respectful of other people and shared spaces. I would prefer to live with someone age 30 or older. I don't party, and cannot live with someone who drinks frequently or abuses heavy drugs (Yes, that includes Adderall). Marijuana IS medicine, and I have no problem with people who use it. Smoking cigarettes is OK outside only. I love animals, but I cannot deal with unpredictably aggressive or exceptionally noisy dog breeds. People who abuse or neglect their pets are the absolute WORST, and I cannot live with them. I love kids, but I would prefer to not live with any children. I think it would be way too awkward to live with an established couple. I never have overnight visitors, and I don't want to live with anyone who has frequent random overnight visitors. 100% LGBTQIA+ friendly.
