Our names are Sheri and Jerry. There are NO extra costs above the rent. We have a terrific room for the right person, it that you? It is private room with a large closet, new mattress, new TV+ much more. WIFI as well as many streaming services included. You will have full use of all common areas, which includes living room, kitchen, dining area. Kitchen is well equipped with most major appliances and no limit on access to kitchen and utensils. The front porch is a nice place to hang and entertain, as well as the backyard porch and BBQ. You can even have a small garden if you wish. There are two bathrooms, one for Sheri and the woman who rents the room, while Jerry has his own. We have two small dogs who think they rule the house, and they are probably right. Unfortunately they don't do well with other pets in the home, so no pets of your own. We are 420 friendly and so you know, there is smoking in the home. You are welcome to as well if you wish.
