Looking for a fully furnished private house or townhouse rental from approximately June through October, with some flexibility on dates. This would be for one professional tenant working in the film industry. I’m looking for a place that feels like a real home, quiet, well-kept, and thoughtfully furnished. Not interested in apartments, condos, or shared spaces. A private outdoor area (backyard, patio, or terrace) is strongly preferred. Primary focus is Halifax including South End, North End, downtown, and waterfront areas but I’m very open to surrounding locations if the property is a strong fit. Coastal areas such as Hubbards or similar are absolutely of interest. I’m a respectful and reliable tenant who takes great care of where I stay. Happy to provide references. Open to discussing details and budget depending on the property.
