hello! i'm looking for a subletter for my apartment in Hyde Park for the summer. details about the apartment: - 1bed/1bath with a full-size kitchen (appliances like dishwasher included)
- the rent is $1900/month. utilities will be entirely covered.
- the apartment will be available from beginning of June - mid/end of September. dates are flexible!
- location is in hyde park, ~1 mile away from UChicago campus. bus stops for the 6, 172, 28 lines + metra stop are right outside, and it is right next to the lake + lakefront trail (less than 10 min walk)
- it is fully furnished. there is AC in unit. it's very spacious, and gets plenty of natural light. i love living in this apartment! i will just be traveling for the summer. please reach out to me at [REDACTED] as soon as possible if you're interested, and we can schedule a time for you to stop by + take a look at the place!
