Lease Takeover (June/July)

Hey Everyone, I am a physician living in an a fantastic Downtown Crossing 2b/2b apartment. The apartment is spacious with awesome amenities (concierge, pool, gym, lounge/office) and views of the Boston Harbor. Located close to the Financial District and many Boston hospitals and with easy access to multiple T lines (Orange, Green, Blue, Red). There are plenty of nearby convenience stores, restaurants and grocery stores. My current roommate is unfortunately leaving Boston for a new job and I am looking for a new roommate starting June/July to take over the master bedroom with private bath. The living room is furnished and only the bedroom would require furniture. I work long hours as a physician. But, in my free-time, I do try to use the pool and gym as much as possible and I enjoy going out to restaurants, bars, movies and concerts.
