Looking for the right roommate to share my quiet, clean, new-build home in the Liberté by Starlight Homes community in Converse. At this time I’m only comfortable rooming with other women. About the House:
• 3 bed/2 bath home on a quiet street near Walzem and 78: near to Gold’s Gym, Walmart, Starbucks, Whataburger
• 1 rooms available: unfurnished room with a small walk-in closet & great natural light
• Shared bathroom with another clean female roommate
• $750/mo
• Month-to-month rent (30 days notice to vacate required)
• All utilities included (electric, water, internet, etc.)
• Shared use of kitchen & laundry
• Large fenced backyard overlooking a peaceful greenbelt I do have 3 cats — so please don’t reach out if you’re allergic to cats or not a fan. I wont be able to accept any more animals. A cat lover with no pets is preferred. House Rules:
• No smoking/drug use/alcohol in the home
• Okay with occasional overnight visitors — just don’t want it turning into a live-in situation About me: I work from home but travel out of state for work fairly often.
