Looking for chill artsy roommate

I will have a place here on the southend near pineville. Prefer a chill artsy/musician individual. Cats okay. Not particularly fond of having dogs in an apartment but its fine if you dont leave me to take care of them. I AM looking specifically for a cool Female roommate. Living with dudes is fine, but I have little tolerance for bullshit. So if you're a dick, dont even bother hitting me up. Rent amount listed will cover all your costs. An application and admin fee will be due to the apartment complex for everyone interested. I dont have any control over that. Roommate will be listed as an allowed occupant unless you want to be on the lease and sign it with me. Internet is included in rent. I pay all the utilities. So roommate only has to cover the asked $800 unless the water and electric get crazy. Currently right now I have the master bedroom open and available. I have most of the apartment filled with my stuff so far that it seems fair to leave the larger room with the attached bathroom for said roommate. There is a balcony. Room is located on the second floor. Unit has washer n dryer hookups but no washer n dryer yet. I will be buying a set eventually, but realistically might just use the first month from said roommate to cover that. Kitchen has standard regular appliances. Nothing special.
