Immediate Lease Takeover

Hello…I am looking for a lease takeover for my daughter who attends GVSU. She renewed her lease too soon and unfortunately won’t be attending GVSU for fall August 2026-July 2027. She will be leaving early May 2026 so if summer May 2026-fall July 2027 is needed that can be arranged as well. It’s a 4 bedroom apartment with private bathroom in each bedroom. Shared spaces includes kitchen, living room, balcony, and in unit laundry area. This is a female unit with 3 other roommates currently living in the other rooms. Rent includes utilities and damage liability unless you have your own renters insurance. Also there is a one time WiFi fee due with the first months rent in August 2026.
