I’m living in Sugar House at the moment, I need to fill two rooms!! CURRENTLY NEEDING TWO SUMMER ROOMS FILLED TIL AUGUST LGBTQ+Friendly!! Preferably in school! Two for just the summer two other girls who will be coming into the lease VIA September! There’s a deposit plus rent, but when you move out whoever comes in next pays you the deposit so you get yours back! We’re all from 22-24 years old since splitting bills by 4 people rent plus utilities should be more than $600 each! Just estimating at the moment but it’s a nice area! And there’s two bathrooms one upstairs and one down! With a side yard which is nice
