Accommodation needed Swinburne Uni

Hi, I’m Sonali (female, 27), a PhD student from India. I’ll be coming to Swinburne University for a 3-month as a part of my research program.
Also, could you please share the rent and details for short-term stay? I am a PhD student at Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur. I will move in around mid week of June (14.06.26). I am looking for a single room/ shared house (private bedroom) for approximately three months. I would prefer a location close to Swinburne University for convenience.
Please let me know if you have any suitable options available. I am a clean, tidy, respectful, friendly, and easy going person. I am responsible with shared spaces and maintain a quiet and comfortable living environment. Thank you!
