Cozy bedroom for rent!!

Single side bedroom (2 windows, 1 small closet) All utilities included, washer/dryer on premises, shared living space includes full kitchen, home theater, fully stocked and recently updated home gym. Plenty of extra storage space in basement/attic. Biggest red flag - 10 indoor-only cats! I take sole responsibility for cleaning litter boxes/monitoring for messes and I pride myself on keeping a clean house despite having a boatload of cats. Looking for someone quiet, nerdy, approximately the same age as me & my roommate (roommate is a woman, early twenties - I’m male mid thirties). If that sounds like you, hit me up! Note: photos are of room w/some stuff in it for sense of scale, currently empty besides some stores instruments and a bed + frame (which you’re welcome to use).
