Looking for a roommate to occupy the third bedroom in my spacious, centrally located home near UTEP for 4 months – ideal for students or professionals seeking a quiet and convenient place to stay temporarily. All utilities included. The house features fully furnished public areas that you’re welcome to use, and the available bedroom is unfurnished, ready for you to make your own. I work from home and usually stay tucked away in my room during the day, so you’ll have plenty of space as if the place is your own. I have a small pet dog, Mundy. So small pets are welcome. It is a smoking household— just no cigarettes inside. There is also parking in the back of the home in the alley, or in front on the street. NOTE:
