Hi! My name is Kylie, and I’m a 25-year-old full-time graduate student starting my Clinical Psychology PsyD program this Fall. I also work in pediatric healthcare and childcare, giving me stable and consistent income. I’m currently looking for a private studio or 1-bedroom within my budget of $1,100/month in El Monte or nearby areas. I’m a very clean, quiet, and respectful tenant who values a peaceful living space. My lifestyle is very structured around school, work, and the gym, so I keep to myself and maintain a calm, organized environment. I am reliable with rent, responsible, and easy to communicate with. Ideally, I’m looking for a place that includes some utilities, offers a safe environment, and has parking available (preferred but flexible).
