Hi! I have private rooms available in a shared house (two identical, unfurnished rooms — the bed in the photos will be removed). There is on- laundry and parking, a shared bathroom, and a fully furnished kitchen. 6 month lease starting end of May- early June. Quiet household of eventually four adults, plus one Chihuahua (who does not get along with other pets...). This is a creative, nature-loving, queer-friendly home, and we’re looking for fem-identifying individuals who would enjoy sharing a calm, considerate space. $1,150 deposit and monthly rent. Utilities are $30 per week. Located in the Sierra Tract neighborhood, just two blocks from the Johnson Meadow trailhead. If this feels like a good fit, we’d love to meet you and show you the space.
