Laid back, clean home with a solid routine. Not a party house, but a relaxed comfortable environment. Little bit about myself.I’m quite relaxed at home, and like to keep things light. I work a lot on a 12 days on, 2 days off roster so during work stretches I’m not around a whole lot.
I’ve got a dog whos super friendly, well behaved, and just sleeps all day. I enjoy getting outdoors whenever I can, and I take him along as much as possible.
I don’t drink much these days but every now and then ill have a coldone at home while cooking. I’m happy with social flatmates or quieter ones. I take pride in keeping the house clean and tidy, and I expect that anyone I live with does the same. Just basic respect for shared spaces and cleaning up after yourself.
I value open and positive coms in the house. If you ever want to decorate, add your own touch, or if something needs fixing, just speak up. I’m always open to ideas and making the place better, as long as we’re on the same page.
I’m only looking for flatmates who are currently working. This is a must for me. Ideally someone stable, easy to get along with, and respectful of the space.
