Looking for a roommate to share a newly built 3 bed, 2 bath home in Sherman, TX.
One private bedroom is available. The third room is set up as a quiet book/reading space, an open shared area so the house has a pretty relaxed vibe.
The home is half furnished, the kitchen however is fully stocked with everything you’d need. Your bedroom will be unfurnished, so you’ll need to bring your own furniture—but I’m open to adding any shared furniture you’d like to bring to make the space feel like home.
Rent would be $850/month + split utilities (water & electric).
A little about me:
* I’m 21, so I’d prefer someone in their 20s or around my age
* I have 3 dogs, so you must be comfortable living with pets
Looking for someone responsible, clean, and easygoing.
