Hi everyone, I’m looking for a 1-bedroom apartment (or private room) near Seneca Newnham Campus. I’m a nursing student returning to school, recently separated, and I have a baby who will be in daycare nearby, so I’m looking for a safe, quiet, family-friendly place close to transit and campus. My budget is $1,000–$1,500/month depending on utilities included. Preferred areas: North York, Don Mills, Finch/404 area, Hillcrest Village, or close to Seneca Polytechnic Newnham Residence.
