Hi, my name is Austin. I am a 28-year old professional. I am looking for a room to rent in Ames. I am also open to renewing my current lease if someone if there is someone who is a good fit and wants to move in with me as well. My current rent is $1000/month plus utilities, totaling about $1,150, or $575 per person per month. It has two beds and two full bathrooms. Kitchen is kind of small. Washer and dryer are in the unit. I'd like to keep the rent low to save some money. I try to be respectful and appreciate it when others are as well.
