Hi I’m looking for someone to take over my lease for the 26/27 school year. It’s a 3 bedroom 3.5 bathroom town home. There is free parking, it’s located a 10 minute walk to the stadium and a less than 5 minute drive. It’s also located right near a bus stop for 12. There are two girls currently living there they are a a soon to be Junior who is majoring in nursing and a soon to be Senior who is majoring in informatics. The shared living spaces are furnished but the bedroom is not, the rent is $711.67 but can be lowered slightly if needed. All application fees have been waived and there is a $160 sign on bonus that can be used to discount rent for the first month.
