Hey everyone my name is Jessica and I’m looking for a home for my son and I. Preferably a 3/2 affordable townhome/apartment home in West Houston for 12+ months that has a washer and dryer in unit. I work full time and have reliable income as well as rental history. I need to move out fast by May 8th due to hectic living conditions. I’m a quiet tenant and am looking for a safe, quiet area where I can relax after a long day’s work, and where my son and I can play outside. I pay my bills on time and always choose to pay them ahead of time. Looking for a landlord to be understanding and flexible and ready for a long term tenant.
