Looking for a Good Roommate

I'm looking for a roommate for my apartment close to Summerlin here in Vegas. It's a regular sized room and shared bathroom, and you are also welcome to full use of the living room and kitchen. All utilities included. Parking is available, although admittedly a small crapshoot. Washer and Dryer in apartment. I will live with anyone, no matter age, gender, LGBTQ, or when you're awake or asleep.. as long as things stay relatively quiet and calm. Note: Will be required to be added to the lease to get gate access, which requires a credit and background check. Let me know if you have any questions!
