Looking for 1 bed private bathroom.

Hello everyone! I’m looking for a bedroom with private bathroom in Oakland or near by. I’m a 31F who work with driving apps. I would like to have access to the kitchen, laundry and easy/safe access to parking space it doesn’t matter if it’s in the street. My work schedule normally is: M-T-W during the morning (between 4am and 10 am) and afternoon between (4pm and 9pm), TH-F-S it’s normally at night. Please keep in mind this is not like that all the time, this is a timeframe frame so you have an idea. I’m easy going and I can provide you a reference of the place I have been in the last 2 years, I’m looking to move to a more affordable one. My budget is $1’300 max all included.
