Hi, my name is Tyler. I am a 25-year old professional. I am looking for someone to take over my lease in the addison keller springs apartment complex. this is a second floor unit with a view of the courtyard of the apartment. it is a 1 bed 1 bath unit with a large bathroom and very spacious living room and kitchen. the remainder of the lease term is 12 months, i just renewed in january and signed a 15 month lease so all thats left is 12 months. something came up back home in South Carolina and i need to move back urgently, i am planning to leave on may 8th with or without a new tenant taking over the lease. i will take any photos or videos and send them to anyone if requested. i will also do a facetime walkthrough of the entire complex if that is requested as well. this is available IMMEDIATELY.
